As an Internal Sales Representative, you are the first link in our commercial process. You ensure that our account managers meet with the right entrepreneurs, and you help companies use their energy more efficiently. You will work in a driven team where commerce, data, and fun come together. We are looking for winners who are energized by results, never give up, and want to get the best out of themselves.

What are you going to do?

Your mission is clear: ensure that our account managers speak to the right entrepreneurs. You work with up-to-date data, pitches, and campaign strategies that you refine together with the team.

Among other things, you will:

  • Actively approaching companies and scheduling appointments for our account managers.
  • Contributing ideas for campaigns, pitches, and one-pagers to increase the chances of success.
  • Carefully recording data in our CRM system so that we can map out and better understand the market.
  • Share insights from conversations with the team to make campaigns smarter.
  • Working with clear goals, results, and healthy competition.

We run multiple campaigns simultaneously, each with its own strategy and target audience. Sometimes you'll be calling for the hospitality industry, other times for retail or real estate. This keeps the work varied, educational, and challenging.

Learning and development – the SPOT Sales Lab

At SPOT Energy, we invest in commercial professionals who want to grow. Every new colleague starts in the SPOT Sales Lab, our own development program where you will be trained in sales skills, conversation techniques, and knowledge of the energy market.

After onboarding, there are monthly training sessions on various topics, ranging from persuasion skills to customer behavior and in-depth knowledge of the energy market.
In addition, you will receive on-the-job coaching and we organize joint call sessions with the entire team.

Your profile

We are looking for people with drive. People who enjoy making phone calls, who want to learn, and who understand that success starts with preparation, structure, and perseverance.

What we consider important:

  • Minimum MBO level.
  • Experience with customer contact by telephone is a plus, but not a must.
  • You easily make contact and ask the right questions.
  • You work accurately and record data correctly in our system.
  • You actively contribute ideas about campaigns, pitches, and ways to improve performance.
  • You have a healthy competitive streak and get energy from working with others.
