Wat is een zakelijk energiecontract? Een zakelijk energiecontract is een overeenkomst voor de levering van gas en elektriciteit aan een pand dat niet uitsluitend als woning wordt gebruikt. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een restaurant, winkel, kantoor of productiebedrijf. In de praktijk gaat het meestal om een aansluiting die hoort bij een onderneming met een inschrijving bij de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK).
